Use the LiteStep contact form. If BareMind appears in the product menu, select it; otherwise select Other and include “BareMind” in the message. Include the device you use, the app version, and enough detail to help us understand the issue.

Before you contact us

If the question concerns iCloud Sync, please first confirm that you are signed in to the same Apple Account on both devices and that iCloud Sync is enabled in BareMind. Do not include private map content unless it is necessary to illustrate the problem.
